Yes — your 40-minute Smile Creation Day consultation is complimentary. To secure your appointment, we take a £50 refundable deposit, which is fully refunded when you attend your consultation or proceed with treatment on the day. This helps us protect against missed appointments and ensures availability for genuine bookings.
2Do I have to commit to treatment?
No. You’ll receive guidance and a personalised treatment plan — it’s entirely your choice whether to proceed.
3Why is a deposit required?
Due to limited availability and high demand for Smile Creation Day, a refundable £50 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The deposit is returned in full when you attend, or can be used toward your treatment if you decide to go ahead.
