Implant Retained Dentures

At White Peak Dental, our experienced dentists can offer implant retained dentures / bridges as an alternative to traditional dentures.

Implant retained dentures / bridges are designed to fulfil the same function as traditional, removable dentures but are held in place via titanium screws that are affixed to the jaw. These titanium screws are then able to act as the new ‘root’ for your prosthetic teeth. This offers a secure, sturdy, and incredibly durable way to replace missing teeth.

But replacing teeth can also help prevent further dental and oral health issues from arising, and will help maintain your facial structure. The treatment journey for receiving implant retained dentures / bridges usually takes up to four months. You will come into us here at the practice for several appointments over the course of your treatment, and we will first have to determine if you’re a suitable candidate for receiving implants.
